deed you the house and let you take over the payments on the

Am I Going To Get Title To The Property?
Once we sign over the grant deed to you at the title company,
you will be the legal title holder of the property just as
if you borrowed money by qualifying at a bank. You won’t
have to assume the loan or come up with 10% or 20% down. The
only thing we’ll ask is that we close at a title company's
office so everything is legal.
The title company will handle all of the paperwork. It’s
not hard at all and even if you’ve never bought this
way before, the title company will ensure everything is explained
in “plain English” so you feel comfortable. You’ll
get all of the paperwork you need to take over the payments
on the loan and who you make the checks out to until you cash
out and make your profit. Just so you know, this is NOT a
lease option! You own the property
once the grant deed is signed over.
Are These Properties Run Down
Junkers In Semi-War Zones?
No they are not. These are pretty houses in good
neighborhoods that are easier to re-sell. Some of them are
ready to move into and some of them are fixer-uppers that
we don’t have the money to pay for. All
of them have at least 5 figures in profits and you
can find out everything you want about the value, the estimated
profit, the loan balance, the repairs and the monthly payments
before you commit.
